According to the laws of the State of West Virginia in the state of West Virginia and I certify that I have read and understand the agreement. Be it is to be known, for good consideration, payment of the full purchased price, Jeff Atkins of Von Der Atkin kennels (seller) hereby sells and transfers the following property.

1. The Puppy/Dog will have first shots and be wormed. As of this date, the puppy/dog is in good condition and health and free from communicable disease. The Buyer has 72 hours to have the animal checked by a Licensed Veterinary. Any claims must be made in a timely manner (within 24 hours) and at that time it will be verified by seller's Veterinary.
2. The Puppy's ears will stand up within the first year of life.
3. The animal must see a Licensed Veterinary on a regular bases.
4. With the hip guarantee, the puppy/Dog will be free of Canine dysphasia for the first year. If dysphasia should occur, the buyer will provide written proof of condition from a Licensed Veterinary along with current X-Ray. After being reviewed by ADKINS Veterinary, if both vets concur, a Puppy from the subsequent litter, of the Breeders choice, and of equal value will be available to the Buyer. Seller will honor the 2 year OFA, only if prelims are done and found to be clear prior to 1 year of life.
5. With breeding rights Puppy's/ Dog's will be sold with full registration. However if the dog is bred or becomes pregnant prior to 2 years of age and without OFA certification, the contract is null and void. No matter what preliminary films show or what the current
   state of wellness. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Temperament is not guaranteed. But these dogs are bread for working and might bite. (Puppies & Dogs) All training must be done in an approved area with the public and safety in mind and by an approved trainer. Personnel protection dogs are a liability respect them and be careful. They should never be used for intimidation. Keep in mind you are responsible for the out come. Training is everything for you and the dog.
7. This contract applies to the original puppy/ dog buyer only. It is null and void if the buyer chooses to sell, spay or neuter THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS .
